1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds can only be requested within 24 hours of the initial payment. Refunds will not be granted after this period.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

The following payments are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Consultation Fees: Any payment made as a consultation fee is non-refundable.
  • Booking Amount: Payments made to secure a booking or reservation for services will not be refunded.

3. Work in Progress or Investments Made

If work has already begun on the project, or if we have invested in props, materials, or other resources specifically for your project, no refund will be issued.

4. Refunds Issued for Specific Scenarios

Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:

  • Multiple Payments: If multiple payments were accidentally made against a single invoice, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transactions.
  • Project Cancellation by Us: If we cancel the project due to internal reasons, a full refund will be provided.
